Licensing
A license is a permission to use my images in a certain way for a certain length of time. I have a fee schedule depending on the user and purpose.
Individual Instructional Use
Public and charter school teachers, please in touch via the form to ask for permission beforehand. I will get back to you promptly. Schools and other instructors see below.
Personal, Non-Commercial Use
I charge a minimal fee for personal, non-commercial use. An example of a personal, non commercial use is a web, flyer or postcard announcement for a birthday or a graduation.
Institutional, Business or Commercial Uses
You will need to sign an Artist Licensing Agreement and pay additional fees. Some examples: printing my image on items that will be sold such as books or t-shirts. Also: including my image on promotional campaigns for a business, school, school district, city government or non-profit (even if you give it proper attribution).
How It Works
After I get your form and if I agree to the use you propose, I will send you an Artist Licensing Agreement to sign, along with a Pay Pal invoice. Sadly we live in a world where I have had to learn to keep applications on file and periodically conduct Google image searches to check on my “babies.”
