Can You Return Gicleé Prints?

When you order, I pay a third party to print your gicleé. For this reason we cannot accept gicleé prints returns. Please make your selection carefully.

Returning Original Work

If you are not completely satisfied with original work from rebecasart.com, you have ten days to decide whether to keep the work or return it. Please contact us before returning original work.

The ten days start on the day your original work is delivered or picked up. If you do not notify us of your intent to return the work within 10 days of receipt, your purchase won’t be eligible for a refund. Some exceptions apply. Please contact us for an assessment of your specific situation.

The original work must be returned in its original condition for a full refund and you must pay for shipping. You will need to use the original packaging materials to prepare the original work for a return, so please keep the packaging materials until you are sure you won’t be returning your purchase. Customers who have discarded the original packaging materials are still responsible for packaging the original work in a way that enables it to make it back to us undamaged. Work damaged as a result of poor packaging will not be eligible for a full refund, depending on the extent of the damage.

All returned artwork needs to be shipped to us within three days of the day we send you a return authorization. Work arriving after the three days will not be eligible for a full refund.

How to Return Original, Undamaged Work

Step 1 – Please text us at +1 (510) 932-1526 between the hours of 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST Monday through Saturday or email us any time at rebeca@rebecasart.com. Give us your name, your phone, your order number and the reason for the return. You must do this ten days before the date of delivery or pick up in order to be eligible for a refund.

Step 2 – Wait for a return authorization. We will contact you within 24 hrs of receiving your text.

Step 3 – Package the artwork using the original or appropriate packaging materials. Each return authorization order contains packaging instructions.

Step 4 - Ship your return using a service that includes tracking.

Step 5 – Email us the tracking number.

Step 6 – Your credit card will be refunded once the original work arrives, we’ve inspected it, and found it in its original condition. We will process your return and the amount owed will be refunded to your original source of payment within 7-10 business days of arrival.

What to Do If the Artwork Arrives Damaged

Step 1 – Please notify us of the damage within ten days of your merchandise delivery date, by texting +1 (510) 932-1526 between the hours of 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST Monday through Saturday, or email us at rebeca@rebecasart.com. Include your name, your phone number, your order number and a description of the damage.

Step 2 – Take photos of the damaged work and packaging. Save the original packaging.

Step 3 – Email your photos to rebeca@rebecasart.com

Step 4 - We will contact you within 24 hrs to discuss next steps.
