Individual Teaching Time

Have a lot of questions? Need to learn something at an accelerated pace? I have years of experience as an art instructor and coach to adults. After a careful assessment, I can work with you in multiple ways (answers to questions, demos, side-by-side, with supporting materials) to meet your artistic needs. Typical topics covered during individual teaching sessions: oil, acrylic, watercolor or gouache technique; representation in the various genres; revising our own work; selecting a palette; working with references; painting from life; and much more.

All individual teaching time needs to be purchased before the first day of instruction. Registration is complete (i.e. you will have a spot) when you finalize your purchase. Due to COVID-19, no individual classes can take place in my studio, but I can teach you inside very large rooms with good ventilation or outdoors. We will have to be masked.
